Following the completion of the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for the teacher recruitment exercise, the Benue State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has officially released the cut-off marks for various categories of applicants.
The marks are as follows:
- 50% for Degree holders
- 45% for NCE candidates
- 25% for B.A/B.Sc. English, Mathematics, and other Pure Science courses.
Applicants who have participated in the CBT are advised to check their status and the timetable for the upcoming screening exercise on the Board’s official website, https://benuesubeb.org, starting from 6:00 PM on Tuesday, 26th November 2024.

Requirements for the Screening Exercise:
Candidates who have been shortlisted for the screening are required to bring along all original certificates as listed below:
- Shortlisted Printout
- First School Leaving Certificate
- NCE/Degree Certificates (Candidates who graduated on or before 30th November 2020 must present their original certificates)
- Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age (not less than six months old)
- Certificate of Local Government Origin
- BVN Printout
- NIN Card/Printout
