Al-Ettifaq manager, Steven Gerrard, has given conditions to sign Mohamed Salah from Liverpool.
Gerrard has already brought in former Reds team-mate Jordan Henderson this summer.
Henderson ended his 12-year stint with the Premier League to sign a lucrative £700k-a-week deal with the Saudi Arabian side.
Salah has also been linked with a move to the Middle East.

But according to SportBible, when asked about any interest in signing Salah, Gerrard told local media: “Mohamed Salah is my favourite player.
“I love Liverpool Football Club, so Mohamed can stay where he is.
“[He can join] when he wins more leagues and Champions Leagues with Liverpool, we’ll maybe consider it.”
This comes amid speculation that another club, Al-Ittihad, were set to offer Salah £155 million in wages over two seasons.
However, Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas Issa stated that Salah remains committed to Liverpool.
Meanwhile, Having signed for Al Ettifaq, Keown believes that Henderson can still play for England at major tournaments.
“Well, I think the very fact that Henderson asked the question he realised that there is some doubt in that area about the quality of player,” he told Talksport.
“But, when you look at the list of players going there now, obviously [Cristiano] Ronaldo, [Sadio] Mane, [Allan] Saint-Maximin has gone out there from Newcastle, they are stocking their league and each team is a relatively high calibre of player – far from the end of their careers for a lot of these guys.
“I think it’s right and proper that he [Gareth Southgate] gives him that chance, he takes a look at what calibre of league he’s in – quality of player – and he sees how he’s performing. If he’s the outstanding player and the competition is good enough, I don’t see why he can’t continue. But, it is a doubt.”
