A Nigerian mother questions the source of wealth of her daughter, who is still in university and not working, after the daughter gifts her ₦40,000.
This was revealed in a recent video posted on social media by the daughter.
In the video, the daughter mentions that she sent money to her mother, but the mother responded by questioning her character.
A caption added to the video explains the daughter’s intention, but the mother suggests otherwise.
The caption reads: “I thought I should help my mother a bit since I have been making money while in school, but she said she wants to return it😂. Money that I don’t even have much of😂😂.”
The daughter claimed she was making money while in school and decided to give some to her mother, but instead, the mother began to suspect her and question her character.
The WhatsApp conversation between her and her mother, as well as evidence of the transfer, was also shared in the video.
