Former Manchester United attacker, Louis Saha has backed goalkeeper, Andre Onana to be very important for the Red Devils.
Man United are reportedly closing in on an agreement with Inter Milan to sign Onana this summer transfer window.
Erik ten Hag’s side want the Cameroon international to replace David de Gea, who left Old Trafford a few days ago.
Speaking to Betfred, Saha said: “He [Onana] is a top goalkeeper that is eager to improve and he is 27 years old, so he has got plenty of experience but is not old at all for a goalkeeper.

“The manager is looking to play out from the back and see how he can disrupt the opposition. I believe Onana will be very important for United.
“Of course, all goalkeepers make mistakes that lead to goals but in Andre’s case, the team is going to score more goals because of him.”
Meanwhile, Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha says it was sad to see David de Gea leave without saying a proper goodbye to fans after 12-years.
Speaking to Betfred, Saha said (via Manchester Evening News): “I can understand that but at the same time, player’s need to remain focused on their own careers. The treatment was specific to the goalkeeping position and it was sad to see how David left Manchester United because he’s a legend of the club, but Erik ten Hag had to make a decision and he’s shown that he can make strong decisions, which is a difficult thing to do. This situation with David is specific and it doesn’t mean that the situation is going to be similar for other players who’re renegotiating their contracts.
“The main problems, in terms of management, are at the very top of the club. Erik ten Hag is trying to move the club forward and do the best business possible for his team with the tools at his disposal.”
