The award is in recognition of the impact of NaijaTimesUSA in the United States and Maryland in particular.
The award presentation, was part of an Evening of Excellence event in honor of Nigerians elected into various offices in the State of Maryland by the UNAC organization, for positioning Nigeria as a formidable force in the political space in the US.
